This week was the final week for grades in ISM, and we had final presentation night. To prepare for this, I completed the slideshow for my presentation and wrote notecards to guide my speech. I also recorded my speech beforehand in order to turn in to Mr. Ratliff and to prepare for my speech later in the week. Overall, I think that my presentation went well. For my final presentation speech, I talked about research, interviews, original work, mentorship, final product, and my plans for next year. My family, grandparents, two of my friends, and my mentor all attended my presentation. It was very exciting to tell everybody about what I have learned and completed in ISM this year, and to explain why I love my topic. I explained how I chose it, what I have done to learn more about it, and how ISM has impacted me and how it will influence my future. My family and friends asked a lot of questions about my ISM journey and I had the opportunity to explain the purpose of the course and how it has influenced what I want to do with my future. I learned a lot about concert promotion through ISM this year, and I will definitely use the connections I made and the information that I learned in order to succeed in the future.
